How old is the 360?

It came out in 2005 did it? (Nov,21?, 2005, not to sure) So that means it is already like 3 years old, if so then are most console's life span around 5 to 7 years?I just don't hope that Microsoft will pull the plug on the 360 just as fast as it did for the Big Black Box (RIP XBOX)Many of the 360's heavy hitting titles are coming out this year, as well as in 2008. What do you people think? I hope 360 will still be going strong in 2010.  How old is the 360?

[/QUOTE] dude it came out Nov 22 2005 so thats the end of 05 then 2006 came and went so thats a year and now were in 2007 thats a year and a half dude... .how does two months out of 05 and 07 = a year 2006 went by so that counts as a yr and were in 2007 thats a year and a half man get the math right

We aren't even half-way through its cycle yet... dont rush it people!!! I dont want consoles to become like video cards.

How did you get 3 years from that? Its been out about 18 - 20 months.

It is about 1.5 years out and yes the avg console life span is 5-7 but I think the 360 will be out for a longer period because of all the support it has from other companies and Microsoft just keeps adding more.
