I just bought a year subscription so I can play online, but I'm having issues accepting or starting games online? I can sent text messages and voice chat but can't seem to play online. I never set up the family settings so I believe that's not the issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.Xbox live online gaming help?

When I'm in the dashboard it's Gold.
Not sure exactly whats going on with you, but 1-800-4MY-XBOX is your best bet.
yeah It might be your game because my first vegas game was defective and whenever I'd start a game It would always lose connection. any of your other games work.
GOW doesn't work either. I'll try calling 1-800-4my-xbox. Thanks for the help.
