New 120 Gig Hard Drive

I Live in Australia where the new 120 gig hard drive isn't due out untill the end of the month, i was checking it out online and noticed that it was release in the USA a few days ago. Is there any Region issues that would prevent me from buying one from America and using it in an Aussie X box 360?
