umm I am going to be on my fourth system shortly and I have never gotten anything for free.  Every time i have gotten a crappy refurbished system that breaks within 6 months.
I got shipping free.......
All I got was a month free of Xbox Live and that only because they sent me a new 360 so it already comes with it.
To get more from microsoft complain. They crack under pressure.

I got Call of Duty 3 Gold edition.
Mines broken five times and I havn't gotten any thing.
i got a hard drive... im on my third one, and when i took my first one back when they trieed to fix it i guess they were getting online, because on after i took it back a couple days later i kept getting kidded offline and it told me that someone else was online under my account. so when my second one broke i took it back but i kept ther hard drive.  so now i have two hard drives

When I sent my first one in (Still on my second ''Refurbished'' one now), they told me to take everything off, including the face plate, so I did.  When I got the one I have now back, it had a face plate on it... Also, for what ever reason, they gave me a new microphone (Which is cool since the X-Box 360 microphones are practically ''Dispossable'').  So to make a list of it, things I have gotten free from Microsoft: Shipping, X-Box 360 face plate, and a X-Box 360 microphone... Not much but eh, it's free right?  I should try to be a little less polite when, not if, my X-Box 360 I have now breaks, maybe I will get a game or something... Oh yeah, by the way, I guess you could consider my whole X-Box 360 free since they gave me a new one outside of my warantee... It broke the day after the warantee went out (1 year warantee)... It was a release X-Box 360, which yes, means I was playing video games on Thanksgiving last year... SO WHAT!?.........
