I thought Saint's Row was a great game that had some noticeable faults. There are a number of noticeable bugs (I was driving on the highway and it DISAPPEARED) that can detract from the experience, but all in all, a decent game that for $30 would be worth getting. The story is a little... meh, but driving around is cool, and so is the insurance fraud mini-game.
Saint's Row is a great game and definitely worth $30. I am playing SR right now as a matter of fact.And they have announced Saint's Row 2 is being made and will come out in 2008, most likely summer or late 2008 is my guess.
It's pretty fun. Lots of bugs, but it's a great game.
was worth it when i paid full price on release day, easily worth it now at $30, if anything it made me somewhat more excited for gtaiv since i originally had no interest in it but after playing saint's row I'll most likely be purchasing grand theft auto as well as the next installment in saints row

Granted it's not as flashy as any of the GTA games, but nonetheless it is very fun to play.

$30 is the normal price for it new now everywhere. It recently dropped from $49.99 to $29.99.

It's a great game, but yes.. Quite a few bugs, and the framerate issues may sometimes drive you nuts. But it's cheap too, and I'd recommend you get it. :)
I had a fair amount of fun in that game and it loks nice it has its problems but for the price its at its deffinitely worth having it in your collection.
I downloaded the demo few weeks ago, It feels like a next-gen GTA game.
